Domestic Shipping
Cellar Vault ships across the Australia Post network, excluding certain areas in the Northern Territory. Orders are packed and dispatched within 3 working days of receiving full payment from our Melbourne warehouse. We utilise the AU Post Wine service, ensuring parcels are manually handled for added safety.
Due to liquor licensing regulations, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. All shipments require a signature upon delivery, and parcels will only be handed over to individuals over 18. If no one is available at the time of delivery, the parcel will be redirected to your local post office for collection.

International Shipping
At Cellar Vault, we offer worldwide shipping via the DHL Express network and the EMS/Australia Post network. Shipping costs are provided upon request. Please be aware of your country’s importation laws prior to purchase, as all local duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. We are not liable for bottles returned to us or destroyed by customs if packages are not cleared.
We provide global shipping through the EMS/Australia Post network. For a standard-sized whisky bottle and box, we offer an estimated cost range.

Insurance
At Cellar Vault, we offer Loss & Breakage Insurance at 2% of the hammer price. Although we carefully package and dispatch each order, courier companies do not cover items lost or damaged in transit. Therefore, we recommend this insurance for added protection of your purchase.
